Purchasing on the Site:
Prices, availability, and other purchase conditions are displayed on the website pages and are subject to change from time to time. When ordering on the site, you are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. The site may verify the details entered after placing an order and may cancel or limit the order at any time. If payment is made for a canceled order, the site will refund the payment to the same payment method.

Delivery Policy:
The site will ensure the delivery of an order made on the site to any location agreed upon by the parties when making the order on the site.
Orders will be processed and delivered according to the following timeframes:
- Up to 16 business days by courier to pickup points.
- Self-collection from the site's address, by prior arrangement only.
"Business day" means Sunday through Thursday, excluding Saturdays of the general public, holiday eves, and days when banks in Israel do not operate.
The order's cost does not include the delivery fee. The delivery fee may be updated from time to time as specified at the time of placing the order on the site.
The site reserves the right to set a minimum amount for an order on the site.
In cases where a product ordered on the site is out of stock, the site will update the buyer. If the buyer is not available, the site will ship the order without the missing product.
If the customer is not present at their home when the courier arrives, at the time arranged in advance, and/or does not provide a valid phone number, the order will be returned and sent again after additional delivery fees are paid by the customer.
Order deliveries will be carried out under the following conditions:
- Reasonable accessibility to the place of the order.
- The site (including its courier service) performs delivery in the same area.
- In the case of an organization, institution, kibbutz, or settlement that cannot be reached without special approval and/or lacks an organized street address and/or house numbers, the order will be delivered to the central distribution point in that location.

- Force majeure and/or events beyond the control of the site.
- Reasons related to the site's courier service.
- The closure of the business that impairs the site's activity and/or its suppliers and/or service providers, for any reason whatsoever.
