Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Toodchie. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within the terms outlined in this Return Policy.

We have a 30-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to one of our warehouses.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.
  3. The item must not be used or altered.
  4. It must have all the original tags and labels attached.
  5. It must be accompanied by a proof of purchase
  6. In case of item cancellation, a cancellation fee of 10% of the product amount or 27$ (whichever is lower) will be applied to the customer..

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  1. Personalized items or customized products.
  2. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at info@toodchie.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
  2. You will receive return instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents that came with it.
  4. Attach the return label and ship the item to the provided address.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour they've been placed. After an hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier's system.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
