When Will My Order Be Processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays and promotional events.

We process orders from Monday to Thursday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

After placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Afterward, it will take 5-10 business days for international orders to arrive, depending on the location.

Will I Be Charged for Duties and Taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars and exempt from sales tax. You may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order.

Import duties, customs taxes, and fees may be imposed when your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office.
